Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Purnell Clarke is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
