Products Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy to return or exchange your item.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software, digital products, or downloadable content.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on their product page.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at purnellclarke@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Retain your tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
